"As we were participating in the cleanse, my body felt light, clear, and tuned to intentions and thoughts of well-being. I believe my body appreciated the focused attention!"
"I noticed my mental sluggishness and fatigue. I never was aware of how tired I felt. After the cleanse, I felt lighter and my digestive system was working better."
"I think it is good to cleanse your body. It made me more aware of what I was eating and how I was treating my body. Now I don't just mindlessly eat, and I try to drink more water. It feels good to be more "in tune" with myself. The cleanse made me more aware of what is happening within my organs and what my body is asking for."
"What a tremendous experience! I was so blessed to be part of a very supportive and interactive group who shared openly about the process. Since completing the cleanse, I have been more mindful of my nutritional choices, and I believe it allowed my body to be rejuvenated and refreshed from the inside out. To this day, I am enjoying the new, healthy habits and dietary choices I made during the cleanse and continue to make. Thank you for bringing this awareness to all of us, and thank you for being such a wonderful nutritional influence!"
Save the date for wellness! We will be hosting the group cleanse from January 9 to January 29.

Diet Guidelines
Water
Water is one if the most important aspects of the cleanse.
We need half our body weight in fluid ounces of water for normal body function, i.e. if you weight 150 lbs,, you need to drink 75 fluid oz. of water a day to be healthy.
We need to drink more water than that to cleanse our colon successfully. Water brings nutrients in and takes toxins out. Most people are dehydrated, so get ready to drink lots of water!
We are taking psylliium husks in the Gastro fiber that expand with water and scours our intestines, while the bentonite clay in the Cholachol II soaks up the toxins.
Meanwhile, the Okra pepsin is dissolving and digesting the mucus build up that coats the intestinal wall and blocks the transport of nutrients into the body and toxins out of the body. Plus okra pepsin can patch up and heal a “leaky gut,” which causes allergies and autoimmune diseases and degenerative diseases, such as cancer.
One of the most common symptoms of dehydration is fatigue and headaches.
Benefits of Water
Cleanses the kidneys, supports healthy skin and increases concentration.

However, if you are above your ideal weight, eliminating higher-sugar fruits may be necessary. It is best to try to use vegetables instead of high-sugar fruits. Also be aware that for some people, fructose consumption may be a problem. Fruits that have a high fructose-to-glucose ratio should ideally be avoided. Sources of Fiber
Fiber is so important to support healthy elimination, balance blood sugar, lower cholesterol and build a healthy gut flora.
Fermented Foods
Fermented foods are nature’s probiotics. Science is catching up with the knowledge of holistic practitioners and proving that the overuse of antibiotics is harmful and dangerous and that probiotics can prevent and treat many diseases. The probiotics that we buy at the health food store are highly beneficial, but are transitory and never colonize in our colon. It’s best to eat fermented foods daily to support our digestion and health with a variety of different strains of health giving bacterias.
There are more bacteria in our gut than human cells in our body, and we can’t live without them. When the gut flora gets imbalanced towards the bad bacteria (dysbiosis), it has been proven to be major contributor to disease, weight gain and poor brain function and causes anxiety and depression.
Antibiotics and the standard American diet create dysbiosis. Eating fermented foods, taking probiotics, eating fiber and cleansing your colon regularly can create a healthy gut micro biome to create radiant health and beauty.
